Event Details
  • Q: When and where is the ScreenCloud Customer Summit 2026?
    • The summit takes place on May 13-14, 2026 at the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark, 3100 Apex Drive, Charlotte, NC 28211.
  • Q: What is the format of the event?
    • Day 1 (May 13) is an evening Gala dinner and networking event from 6:30 to 10:30 PM. Day 2 (May 14) is a full conference day with keynotes, sessions, breakout workshops, and an optional closing reception from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
  • Q: What is the theme of this year’s Summit?
    • The 2026 Summit is themed "Mission Critical Starts at the Screen," focusing on how digital signage serves as critical infrastructure that drives real business impact. Expect sessions on proving ROI, scaling deployments, and driving adoption.
  • Q: How many attendees are expected?
    • We are expecting approximately 100 attendees, including ScreenCloud customers, external speakers, partners and a small number of ScreenCloud team members.
  • Q: Is there a detailed agenda available?
    • A high-level agenda is available on the Summit landing page. The full agenda with confirmed session titles, speakers, and time will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event.
Registration
  • Q: How do I register for the Summit?
    • You can register by visiting try.screencloud.com/register and completing the registration form. Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged. 
  • Q: Is there a registration fee?
    • No -- the ScreenCloud Customer Summit is completely free for our customers. This event is our way of celebrating the partnership we've built together and giving you the opportunity to learn, connect, and explore what's next in the industry.
  • Q: Can I register multiple people from my organization?
    • To ensure as many customers as possible can join us, we welcome up to two attendees per organization. Each attendee should complete their own registration form so we can arrange accommodation and prepare name badges accordingly.
  • Q: What is the registration deadline?
    • We encourage registering as soon as possible, as both event capacity and complimentary hotel accommodation are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will communicate any formal registration cut-off dates via email. 
  • Q: I can no longer attend. What is the cancellation policy?
    • If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the ScreenCloud Events Team at summit@screencloud.io as soon as possible so we can release your spot and hotel room to another attendee. 
Accommodation
  • Q: Is hotel accommodation included?
    • Complimentary accommodation for the night of May 13, 2026 (one night) is available for the first 100 registered attendees on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark.  
  • Q: How many nights of accommodation are provided?
    • One night is provided: May 13 to May 14, 2026. If you need to arrive earlier or stay later, you are welcome to book additional nights directly with the hotel at your own expense. 
  • Q: How do I book additional nights at the hotel?
    • Once registered, you can contact the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark directly to add nights to your reservation. we recommend mentioning the ScreenCloud Customer Summit group block to check for any available group rates. 
  • Q: What time is hotel check-in and check-out?
    • Standard check-in a the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Q: What amenities does the hotel offer?
    • The Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark includes complimentary WiFi, complimentary self-parking, a 24-hour fitness center, in-room mini fridge, coffee maker, bottled water, and Drybar hairdryers. The hotel also has on-site dining at IRO Restaurant Lounge and the Mizu rooftop. 
  • Q: I'm a partner or a sponsor. Is accommodation included for me?
Travel & Getting There
  • Q: What is the nearest airport? 
    • Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is the nearest major airport, located approximately 11 miles (about 20-25 minutes by car) from the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark. 
  • Q: Are flights included or arranged by ScreenCloud?
    • Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights. We recommend arriving on May 13 in time for the Gala Dinner (6:30 PM) and departing on the evening on May 14 (after 4:00 PM) or the morning of May 15. 
  • Q: Is there parking at the venue?
    • Yes. Complimentary self-parking is available for all guests at the Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark. 
  • Q: Are airport transfers or shuttles provided?
    • Airport transfers are not included. Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are readily available at CLT, and the drive to the hotel is approximately 20-25 minutes. Rental cars are also available at the airport. 
  • Q: What are the recommended arrival and departure times?
    • We recommend arriving on May 13 by mid-afternoon to allow time to check in before the Gala Dinner at 6:30 PM. On May 14, sessions conclude at 4:00 PM, with an optional reception until 6:00 PM. Please plan departures accordingly.
On-Site & During The Event
  • Q: What should I wear?
    • The dress code is smart casual for both the Gala Dinner and the conference day. Be comfortable -- you'll be networking, attending sessions, and participating in hands-on workshops. 
  • Q: Will meals be provided?
    • Yes. The Gala Dinner on May 13 is included, as well as breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch on May 14. Drinks will also be served at the optional closing reception. 
  • Q: Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
    • Yes. Please indicate any dietary requirements or allergies when you register, and we will ensure the catering team can accommodate your needs.
  • Q: Will there be Wi-Fi available?
    • Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and all event spaces.  
  • Q: Will presentations and materials be shared after the event?
    • Yes. Presentation decks and key resources from the sessions will be shared with all registered attendees after the event.
  • Q: Are breakout sessions included? How do I choose which one to attend?
    • Yes, there will be breakout sessions running in parallel on the afternoon of May 14. Details on the breakout tracks and how to select your preferred session will be shared with registered attendees prior to the event.
  • Q: What will I take away from the Summit?
    • You'll leave with actionable templates and frameworks, including business case templates, ROI measurement frameworks, security and governance checklists, and executive reporting templates. The Summit is designed so you can apply what you learn starting the following Monday.
Speakers & Content
  • Q: Who will be speaking at the Summit?
    • ScreenCloud CEO, CPO, CCO will deliver the keynote and product presentations. Additional external speakers, including customer presenters and partners, will be confirmed and announced closer to the event. Visit the Summit landing page for updates. 
  • Q: Will there be customer case studies or success stories?
    • Yes. A core part of the agenda includes customer-led case studies and real-world success stories demonstrating how organizations are leveraging ScreenCloud to drive business impact. 
  • Q: Will the product roadmap for 2026 be shared?
    • Yes. A product roadmap session and 2026 feature preview are part of the Day 2 agenda.
